I do not have the word settings anywhere on the download. Just activate/edit/delete. Is there a different download? All I get is snow.

You have to upload the through your FTP client. There's no upload built into the plugin.

The admin page has a few suggestions for adding custom images. You can't download images with my plugin, you'll have to upload your own with an ftp client, put them into the existing pics directory.
